Nordic Like is managed by Elizabeth Stokkebye, who immigrated to California from Denmark with her Danish husband and three children. Elizabeth graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a BA in Scandinavian Studies and from the University of Washington with an MA in Scandinavian Languages and Literature. She is an artist and a writer.
